Lookman Oshodi is the Project Director. He has more than 12 years experience in infrastructure delivery, urban development and city revitalization. He has participated in construction, infrastructure and urban development projects in Nigeria, Liberia and Rwanda. He made vital contribution to the institutional emergence and operational procedure of Tooba Community Development Corporation in Philadelphia, United States. He led the formulation of the proposed Social Housing Policy for Lagos State and preparation of Makoko/Iwaya Waterfront Regeneration Plan that intends to build the resilience of Makoko community and Lagos city against climate change risk and other hazards through the delivery of new infrastructure and housing.
Previously, he had worked in the infrastructure planning and management in high profile residential estates such as Victoria Garden City and Crown Estate in Lagos, Nigeria. He had successfully supervised new construction projects and renovation works in Lagos, Ibadan and Abuja.
He is a Registered Town Planner with membership of local and international professional associations including, Nigerian Environmental Society, Chartered Institute of Housing, United Kingdom and International Federation for Housing and Planning, The Netherlands.
Abdul – Alim Anibaba, an astute Engineer is the Project Manager – Special (ICT) responsible for the design, delivery and management of intelligence infrastructure. He is an alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, Lagos and University of Bath, United Kingdom. He is a Corporate Member with the Institute of Electrical Engineers, United Kingdom with specialization in power, construction and structural design. He was a Pupil Engineer with Honeywell Engineering Limited between 1994 and 1997 and later Project Manager with First Trust Engineering Limited for more than eight years.
Adeyemi Adesanya graduated with BEng Mechanical Engineering from Queen Mary University of London in 2002. He is a Chartered Engineer with Engineering Council in United Kingdom and Registered Engineer with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN).
He had previously worked with Adam Smith under the Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF) – UK DFID Sponsored Programme as a Programme Manager/Technical Adviser - Railways & Mass Transit (Federal Government of Nigeria). He was also the Railway Systems Lead Engineer with Transport for London (TfL) on Crossrail Infrastructure Project (Infrastructure Manager) – Rail for London, and Electrification and Plant Engineer with Network Rail (formerly British Rail) on Traction Electricity Distribution and Plant – Infrastructure Investment.
Alaba M. Kelani obtained M.Sc. in Geographic Information System (GIS) at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile – Ife, Osun State, Nigeria in 2012. He had worked as a consultant to the Government of Osun State on GIS database design and analysis, and preparation of maps and plans for project implementation. He participated in the MTN road mapping and home zone projects while leading the designing and planning of HFP Industrial Layout, Lekki and Shoreline Estate, Parkview, Ikoyi, Lagos.
Ilo Bolarinwa Bashir is an Engineer with qualification from the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN). With more than 10 years in the industry, he had supervised major construction and telecommunications project in Lagos and Abuja. He also has strong bias in designing low voltage and high voltage power system.
